Fair Trade Kantha jewelry starts with the idea of giving new life to old things. Women Indian artisans repurpose sari textile scraps into beads for jewelry and nothing goes to waste!  New life is given to a textile that would otherwise be discarded. The wood bead base is made from scraps of discarded wooden furniture.
