OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from Wishful Living's online store. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this, we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell.
Return Considerations
- We only accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Any damaged merchandise should be reported within 7 days of delivery date by emailing info@wishfulliving.com.
- You have the option of a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit that may be used on a future order.
- If your original form of payment was a check or money order, we are only able to issue a store credit.
- All merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition with tags still attached.
- If we shipped the item(s) to you for free, our actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return postage is non-refundable by Wishful Living.
- Customers with excessive returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
